We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Internal Sales Account Manager
to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, handling inbound enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers and dispatch. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring smooth order management from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage and grow relationships with an assigned customer base
Understand customer needs to provide accurate product information and tailored solutions
Proactively follow up on quotes, orders, and opportunities
Sales Support & Customer Service
Handle incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Prepare accurate sales quotes and pricing
Provide updates on product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules
Order & Supplier Coordination
Process customer orders quickly and accurately
Raise purchase orders with suppliers and monitor order progress
Liaise with suppliers regarding stock, delivery dates, and any issues
Dispatch & Internal Coordination
Work closely with dispatch to arrange deliveries and ensure on-time fulfilment
Communicate order status and delivery updates to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any service or supply issues
Administration
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems
Prepare sales or activity reports as needed
Ensure all documentation is complete and follows company procedures
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in internal sales, account management, or customer service
Strong phone and email communication skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Clothing industry experience is a plus
