Internal Sales Administrator

Contract: Permanent

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1EH

Salary: 23,809.50 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities

Logging and actioning customer requests promptly and accurately Providing exceptional customer service at every opportunity Negotiating pricing and contract terms to meet customer needs Collaborating with the contracts department and depots to ensure customer satisfaction Maintaining accurate CRM data and inputting updates regularly Supporting the team with a variety of office duties as required

About You

Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Understands the principles of customer care and delivers outstanding service Confident in both verbal and written communication Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to quickly learn new systems Committed, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment Driven to develop professionally and succeed in a sales career ###
