Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is advantageous but not essential. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
