As the key point of contact for our customers throughout the entire order journey, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll communicate confidently and professionally across phone and written channels, building strong relationships while remaining calm, positive and solutions-focused--even in high-pressure situations.


You'll bring a commercial mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to add value, close sales and grow revenue, while always putting the customer first. Working both independently and collaboratively, you'll develop strong product knowledge, work towards clear targets and contribute to a true "one team" culture where success is shared.

What you will be doing:




Always promote Health & Safety in the workplace, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging others when unsafe behaviour is observed. This extends to ensuring all reports are made aware of and behave in accordance with the company Health & Safety guidelines.


Have a good understanding of product offerings and process knowledge of all Keylite product range, to an extent to be able to answer customer queries via telephone, email and face to face and be a brand ambassador for Keylite.


Ensure that all customer enquiries are handled and executed within the agreed parameters, with a focus of our customer service communication being best in class.


Working with the wider sales teams to develop and grow sales with existing and potential customers. Produce quotes and close opportunities within Keylink to a conversion target. Upsell to customers to increase products specification and volume. Identify opportunities and make proactive calls with a view to increase revenue.


Maintain ERP & CRM system in-line with the organisation and market demands, striving for operational efficiencies where necessary.


Process orders to an exceptionally accurate level to ensure the customer receives the best experience possible.


Liaise effectively with all Keylite teams to provide the customer with the best experience possible.


Strive to provide solutions for process improvements within the department and instil a continuous improvement culture within the business.

What we are looking for:



GCSE grades in Maths and English Minimum 1 year proactive sales, customer service or administration experience desirable but not essential.
