Job Description

We're looking to recruit a motivated Internal Sales Advisor to join our team at our HQ in Glenrothes. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a long-established, reputable company within the UK water storage industry.

In this office-based role, you'll learn about our full range of hot water systems to offer support to our customers, prepare quotations and manage orders. You'll work closely with the wider sales team and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Keys Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries Prepare and follow up on quotations Make proactive sales calls to customers and potential customers Process orders and manage sales administration tasks Support external sales and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Sales or customer service experience Strong communication skills - verbal and written Confident, friendly, and customer-focused approach High level of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail Target-driven with a desire to learn and achieve Organised and professional, with good time management Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or renewables is an advantage
