We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strong relationships, and promoting our products or services to meet organisational targets. Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
Develop customised sales strategies tailored to client needs to maximise engagement and conversions.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or repeat business.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the electrical wholesale industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Ability to adapt sales techniques based on client needs and market conditions.
Knowledge of CRM software or similar tools is desirable but not essential.
