The Role
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused person to join our growing team. This is a varied role with plenty of interaction with customers, both in person and over the phone. You'll be:
Taking and processing customer orders via phone and email
Serving customers at our busy trade counter
Preparing quotes and sourcing products from suppliers
Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, takes pride in offering helpful advice, and can handle a mix of sales and admin tasks throughout the day.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
A friendly, professional manner with customers
Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders
Ability to learn and retain product information -- this is essential, as we stock a wide range of industrial products
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in trade sales, customer service, or a similar environment would be a real bonus
Hours & Benefits
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (no weekends!)
