We now have a vacancy within our internal sales team based at our premises in Chichester. This is an exciting career opportunity with excellent prospects to progress within a global organisation.
Valve & actuation experience or a background and understanding of engineering is preferred
Please note this is an office-based position.
Duties (following successful completion of a tailored training programme)
- Receive and evaluate customer enquiries by phone and e-mail.
- Enter customer details accurately on to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Liaise with other departments, internal & external sales team to ensure customer needs are met.
- Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner.
- Follow up quotations with customers when necessary.
- Preparation for order processing
- Liaise with our Head Office in Spain as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Previous valve & actuator experience, or background and understanding of engineering.
- Previous experience in an office environment.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM (CRM not essential as training will be given).
- Energetic, ambitious with an outgoing personality.
- Ability to work within a close team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.

The working week is 36 hours, Monday to Friday, please note Friday finish is 1pm.
