What You'll Be Doing
Crafting accurate and compelling quotations for our full product portfolio.
Supporting Mechanical Consultants, Contractors, Local Authorities, and Design Build Contractors.
Providing expert technical advice and responding to customer enquiries with top-notch service.
Collaborating with global FlaktGroup offices and factories to ensure smooth project delivery.
Attending customer meetings and contributing to product development.
Coordinating tenders and submittals with the External Sales Team.
Managing orders and assisting in project delivery from start to finish.
Recording feedback to help us continuously improve our FCU offerings.
What You Bring
A solid understanding of HVAC products - especially FCUs, AHUs, Fans, and Chillers.
Experience in a sales office environment, ideally within the HVAC sector.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Strong IT skills (MS Office & web-based platforms).
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independently.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning and sharing product knowledge.

Engineering/technical qualification (or willingness to learn and develop technical expertise)
