Internal Sales Executive
to manage and grow our
existing customer base
.
This is a key relationship-focused role, responsible for ensuring customers receive great service, timely follow-up, and proactive account support.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular contact with your assigned accounts to support order continuity
Track and monitor customer activity to identify drops in engagement or sales
Liaise with production, logistics, and customer service to resolve any issues quickly
Promote new products or solutions to existing customers when appropriate
Ensure accurate CRM records and provide internal updates on account status
Build trusted relationships that support long-term retention and loyalty
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in internal sales, account management, or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive and detail-focused approach to customer engagement
Confident using CRM systems and comfortable working to performance KPIs
Industry experience in windows/doors, construction, or manufacturing is a bonus
