About the Role:
In this customer-focused sales role, you'll work closely with both new and existing clients to support their needs, process orders efficiently, and help grow their accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, service, and seeing results.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
Processing sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key trade accounts
Working towards account growth targets and performance KPIs
Liaising with suppliers and our warehouse team to ensure smooth delivery of goods
What we're looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, sales-driven mindset with good attention to detail
Ability to manage and grow customer accounts professionally
Organised and confident using order processing systems (training provided)
Previous experience in sales, the construction industry, or knowledge of ironmongery/power tools would be advantageous, but we welcome applicants with strong customer service backgrounds who are keen to learn.
