Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and people skills, be confident, professional and easily approachable. They will also be a hard worker whilst being a team player, have basic understanding of technical information, be computer literate in MS office, CRM & Sage. The ideal candidate will also have a proven sales mentality and be willing to learn and understand new technologies.

Duties

Deal with inbound enquiries, pricing and production lead time requests for customers Work with our production and engineering teams to satisfy customer requirements and requests Promote new products and services to our existing customer base Input quotations and orders Follow up and chase live opportunities

Qualifications

Proven sales mentality Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organisation. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 22,000.00-28,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38.75 per week
