As an Internal Sales Executive you will join our current co-workers in providing an exceptional customer experience, while allowing you the opportunity to grow your career within Distribution.

Responsibilities:



Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling. Conduct meaningful conversations with customers focused on specific solution or product areas. Use multiple sources to research and understand customer needs, maximizing call effectiveness. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets for assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement. Develop partner relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities. Provide accurate product information, negotiate pricing, and promote special offers. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including daily talk time and outbound call volume. Deliver timely and accurate quotations to customers. Manage customer expectations around backorders and provide regular updates.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:



Minimum 5 years' sales experience in the IT channel or technology sector. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong team player with a winning mentality and proactive attitude. Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Skilled in building long-term relationships and sharing knowledge to support team success.
