Due to continued expansion, we're looking for someone passionate about sales and customer service to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role within our busy sales office, where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for:
Accurately analysing and processing customer purchase orders
Serving customers face-to-face on the trade counter
Following up on leads and re-engaging lapsed accounts
Making outbound calls to generate new business
Working towards individual and team KPIs
We're looking for someone who:
Has strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
Delivers exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
Is confident with administration and Microsoft Office
Can provide knowledgeable product advice (full training provided)
Has experience or interest in the building trade (preferred but not essential)
Is proactive, professional, and has a "can do" attitude
Please note:
This role involves regular trade counter work and proactive sales activity, including cold calling and lead generation. Duties are varied and not limited to the above.

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Saturday rota: 08:00-11:00 (paid at time and a half)
