Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers - Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand market share - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions - Monitor sales performance metrics - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Skills: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions - Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools - We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
