We are seeking an experienced and driven Internal Sales Manager to lead our internal sales
operations. This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for managing a team of 15+
internal sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management,
sales process improvement, and customer relationship development.
You will play a vital role in developing and executing internal sales strategies, coaching your team to
achieve targets, and ensuring a high standard of customer service across all interactions.
Please note: This is an office-based role and does not include a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of internal sales professionals.
Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a positive and results-driven team culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement internal sales plans aligned with company goals.
Track and analyze sales metrics to improve team performance and conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing and external sales teams on and campaign
follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure a high standard of customer service across all client interactions.
Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Support key account management and build long-term customer relationships.
Operational Improvement
Streamline internal sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
Use CRM systems and reporting tools to track sales pipeline and forecast performance.
Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, logistics, and customer service teams.

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing internal sales or office-based sales teams (15+ people).
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Experience developing sales strategies and meeting revenue targets.
Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
A strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in B2B sales, distribution, or industrial/ sectors.
