Role and responsibilities:
Alongside your colleagues, you will take responsibility for the full customer life cycle:
Attracting customers - via various marketing channels such as email campaigns, website content, PPC and SEO
Following up sales leads by phone and email, and responding to customer enquiries
Securing new business
Maintaining ongoing relationships - supporting customers and completing any necessary admin

Desirable skills and experience:
Experience in a customer service, sales or marketing environment
Experience working with databases and Excel - IT Proficient
Excellent communication skills - you will be in contact with customers via phone and email so you will need good spoken and written English
The ability to manage your own workload
