We're looking to appoint a dynamic competitive internal Sales Executive to help us build our business activities both within the UK and overseas. Sales Executive responsibilities include the following key tasks: - Phone and email handling, quoting prices and stock position to customers plus order placing and transport/shipping requirements, Preparing quotations for customers having consulted with production and the warehouse, Planning, Collating, and issuing Social Media feeds/company updates, such as product launches and updates, exhibitions, job reports through all platforms, responding and linking to distributors and users. Providing critical cover for the operation of the ERP system from enquiry to despatch/export, leading to a deep understanding of the processes involved for future expansion on the use and value within the system. Site Visits alongside managers, and service teams to gain knowledge to learn more about machine usage/techniques and customer requirements, understanding the market. Involvement in Video link meetings with customers. Attend Exhibitions and support the team at both home and overseas venues. Reporting to Sales Manager.
