We are actively looking to appoint an Internal Sales person to join our successful team. If you enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment where you can really make a difference whilst supplying our customers with the highest standard of service and information, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role the Internal Sales Person will often be the first point of contact the customer has. You will come to us with a professional sales manner and the ability to maintain and grow our existing customer base.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Account Management at Scale
- Take ownership of a high volume of lower spend trade accounts, building lasting relationships and ensuring consistent service.
Customer Service Excellence
- Be the go-to expert for your clients, delivering clear, helpful, and friendly communication every time.
Product & Service Expertise
- Provide accurate and insightful information on our civils and drainage solutions, helping customers make informed decisions.
Efficient Order Handling
- Process enquiries and orders with precision, always meeting customer deadlines and expectations.
Proactive Sales Outreach
- Drive regional growth through strategic promotional calls to existing customers and new prospects, showcasing our value and expanding our reach.

- You've thrived in a similar sales role and can back it up with real results.
Track Record of Hitting Targets
- You consistently meet or exceed sales goals and love the thrill of closing a deal.
Exceptional Communicator & Organiser
- You're articulate, persuasive, and keep things running smoothly.
Confident & Personable on the Phone
- Your telephone manner is both professional and engaging.

Self-Starter with Drive

Tech-Savvy

Desirable:
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the role criteria and are also Welsh speaking
Experience of our products would be advantageous but absolutely not essential
