The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for an Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Serene Stone is a leading supplier and fabricator of cast stone based in Pinxton, delivering exceptional quality at competitive prices. We support projects of all scales, collaborating with builders merchants, architects, and contractors to deliver outstanding results--from residential installations to complex, large-scale commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

Building excellent relationships with customers so you can understand and meet their needs. Maximising customer interactions to support the achievement of sales and profit targets, offering specific product advice. Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates based on client specifications, material costs and overheads. Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure a full understanding of project requirements. Adapt estimates to reflect specification changes and revisions. Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client requirements so that all orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion. Support the business to continuously improve customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

Construction sales experience preferred but not essential. Confident communicator with an outgoing personality. Ability to read and understand construction drawings, or strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Well-organised, proactive, and customer-focused. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
