Internal Sales & Project Coordinator

Location: Stone, Staffordshire

Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 per annum

Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Are you a confident communicator with a natural drive to see things through? Swanline Group, a leading trade-only supplier of printed packaging and POS solutions, is seeking a determined and customer-focused individual to join our internal sales team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and managing projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer orders through the business, ensuring an excellent service experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for assigned trade customers, handling enquiries and order progress updates Build strong relationships, understanding individual client requirements and expectations Proactively follow projects through production stages, liaising across departments including Design, Graphics, Planning and Production Manage timelines, address challenges, and keep customers informed at key stages Identify potential risks or delays and support internal teams to keep projects on track Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order milestone
What We're Looking For:

A self-motivated individual who can work independently and take initiative Tenacious and determined, with a desire to see work completed thoroughly Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to chase progress across departments Previous experience in a customer service, account management or project coordination role is highly beneficial, ideally within packaging, print or manufacturing
