Are you an organised and proactive individual with a strong passion for Customer Service and Technical Sales? Tricel Weston is looking for an

Internal Sales (Reactive)

professional to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this B2B role, you'll be responsible for interpreting tender information, preparing quotations, and providing customers with expert technical and commercial support.

Role and Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell Tricel's portfolio of products and services. Handle inbound sales enquiries, extract briefs, and offer tailored solutions. Cost out projects and generate quotations using in-house tools. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up on quotations. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Support account management and product campaigns. Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth order handover. Assist in resolving customer complaints and contribute to continuous improvement. Any other duties as assigned, to support the company.

Preferred Skills

Strong technical sales background, ideally in mechanical services, plumbing, or construction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial insight with a problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. A "can-do" attitude and team spirit. Previous experience of sub contract review and project management.

Tricel Weston is an established manufacturer of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) products with over 60 years' experience and industry knowledge. The company is a market leading supplier of GRP water storage tanks, housing and biofilters in the UK. Acquired by Tricel in 1999, the subsidiary has since operated to supply a comprehensive range of industry-leading products to some of the most significant projects both domestically and internationally.

With an industry specialisation in sectional water tanks and one-piece tanks, the company offers water storage solutions in standard offerings as well as custom design. Sectional tank solutions are available ranging in capacity from 1,000 to 1,500,000 litres, while one-piece tanks are available from 30 to 9,000 litres in size. Tricel Weston's also offer total project management when required, as well as the option to provide clients with full training on tank installation processes.
