Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, driving sales growth through strong client relationships, and maintaining the exceptional service levels our customers have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email. Generating quotes, processing orders, and provide product recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with external sales and procurement teams to meet customer needs. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements:

Previous experience within the electrical wholesale or related industry. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team under pressure and meet sales targets. Excellent product knowledge Full UK Driving Licence
