Internal Sales Representative

to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound customer enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders with suppliers, and coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner Provide product information, pricing, and availability details Prepare and follow up on sales quotes Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

Order Management

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow up on lead times Monitor order progress to ensure timely fulfillment

Coordination & Communication

Work closely with the dispatch team to arrange deliveries and pickups Communicate order status and delivery updates to customers Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve issues quickly

Administration

Update CRM and internal systems with customer interactions, quotes, and orders Prepare reports as required Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company procedures

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or sales administration Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail Proficiency with CRM systems, order processing tools, and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service
