We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong ability to drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products or services.
Duties
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell lift maintenance contracts.
Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate service solutions
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past clients to maximize opportunities.
Organise meeting and site visits.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our lift maintenance services, pricing, and offerings.
Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Log all customer interactions in the CRM system/Simpro.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure accurate quoting and customer satisfaction.
Warranty customer review (new install) Zero value warranty contract signups
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Supporting sales team (Warm Leads, Business referrals)
Experience
Previous telesales or inside sales experience, ideally in facilities, maintenance, or engineering services.
Confident and articulate communicator with excellent phone etiquette.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. (Not Essential)
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Basic understanding of lift/elevator systems is desirable but not essential - training will be provided.
Good IT Skills, confident worker across MS Packages

Pay: 24,420.00-26,000.00 per year
