We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our close-knit team as an Internal Sales Assistant. This is a varied role that combines customer service, admin, and stores work in a busy trade environment.---Key Responsibilities:Serve customers in-store and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely responses and support. Check and process incoming deliveries, Maintain a clean, well-organised store and trade counter, Support administrative tasks with strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, Use computer systems for sales processing, stock control, and customer communications---What We're Looking For:Excellent computer skills (essential)Good organisational skills, particularly in handling admin and sales support tasks, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
