We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Emergency Group as an Internal Sales Support Executive. Based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales support to our field team and customers, with a specific focus on active selling, managing maintenance and servicing of our products, and coordinating training courses for customers. As an Internal Sales Support Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations, managing customer inquiries, actively promoting our products through telephone sales activities, coordinating maintenance and servicing tasks, and facilitating customer training. By delivering exceptional sales support, promoting our products, and maintaining strong customer relationships, you will contribute to the success and growth of our Emergency Group.

Responsibilities:
Telephone Sales: Proactively engage in telephone sales activities, including outbound calls to potential customers, actively promoting our evacuation chairs and defibrillators, and effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active telephone engagement, listening to customer needs, addressing inquiries, and providing effective solutions and recommendations.

Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the field team to provide comprehensive support in all aspects of the sales process for evacuation chairs and defibrillators, including order management, customer inquiries, and sales reporting.

Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order process for evacuation chairs and defibrillators, ensuring accurate order entry, timely order fulfillment, and seamless coordination with various internal departments.

Maintenance and Servicing: Coordinate and manage maintenance and servicing activities for our products, including scheduling appointments, liaising with service technicians, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks to meet customer needs and compliance requirements.

Training Coordination: Coordinate and schedule training courses for customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products, including evacuation chairs and defibrillators. Ensure smooth logistics, timely communication, and effective delivery of training sessions.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our evacuation chairs and defibrillators, staying up-to-date with product specifications, features, and applications to effectively address customer inquiries and actively sell our products over the telephone.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate, analyze, and interpret sales reports and performance metrics specifically for evacuation chairs and defibrillators, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and providing insights to sales management and key stakeholders.

Pricing and Contract Management: Support the field team in managing pricing agreements, contracts, and proposals related to evacuation chairs and defibrillators, ensuring accuracy, adherence to policies, and timely execution.

CRM Administration: Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and relevant documentation in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, specifically related to evacuation chairs and defibrillators, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Sales Training and Support: Assist in the training and onboarding of new field team members, providing guidance on sales processes, systems, product knowledge, and effective telephone selling techniques.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and enhance sales support processes related to evacuation chairs and defibrillators, proposing and implementing improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support the overall business objectives of the Emergency Group, with a specific focus on evacuation chairs and defibrillators.
