Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00

Purpose of the Role

Due to recent business expansion and growth, we are looking for a proactive, energetic Internal Sales professional to join our busy, family-run business. You'll be at the heart of our operations -- handling quotes, processing orders, sourcing parts, and looking after key accounts. If you enjoy problem-solving, thinking on your feet, and keeping customers happy, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing

Take ownership of customer enquiries via phone, email, and web -- delivering fast, accurate responses. Generate quotes and process sales orders efficiently, keeping everything up to date in our systems. Source parts from suppliers Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers. Work closely with our warehouse team to manage expectations and communicate key information Be flexible -- helping out with other sales/admin tasks or pitching in during busy periods.

Who We're Looking For

Someone with a can-do attitude who thrives under pressure. Strong customer service skills -- you know how to build rapport and solve problems. Previous experience in MRO, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sales is a bonus but not essential. Organised, sharp, and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball. Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable picking up new systems quickly.
