Trainee Internal Sales Application Engineer

Hours of work:

35 hours, 9am-5pm Mon - Fri with 1 hour unpaid lunch

West Molesey, Surrey

Salary:

26,000, negotiable depending on experience, plus company benefits

Job Profile:

Working within the

Cooling Sales Department - Fan Coil Units

- you will be providing sizing selections , quotations, specifications, technical support as well as project management and coordination to our customers: M&E Consultants and Contractors.

You will be trained on using a specialized software package, Computair.

This role would be suitable for those who have an interest in Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing.

Must have a have a technical mindset, ability to learn product specification terminology, have great attention to detail and the ability to focus as our quotations can take a few hours or even up to a week to create, with multiple revisions, depending on customer requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Ideally a Mechanical Engineering/Engineering/Science/Math qualifications or relevant work experience. Engineering/ Building Services experience or a keen interest in the Construction/Engineering Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident and patient approach with clients. Excellent organisational abilities, methodical and good multi-tasker Ability to work well in a team environment Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills and fulfil technical research Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential Live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Package on offer:

Salary 26k, negotiable dependent on experience Annual salary review August each year 21 days annual leaving, up to a maximum of 26 days based on tenure.
