The Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team in a period of growth.
As an Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager, you'll join a motivated and friendly team, working closely with senior sales leaders to build relationships, grow sales, and provide industry leading customer support.

Duties
Develop and manage relationships with existing customers to retain and grow their business
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities (with tools and support provided)
Promote new product ranges and help customers find the best solutions
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
Log and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating where necessary
Process orders and update customer records using our bespoke CRM (full training provided)
Carry out general administrative tasks to support the sales team
Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to meet client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
Experience
& Requirements
Previous experience in a sales role or account management is preferred but not essential. Candidates with strong interpersonal skills may also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients effectively.
A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
