THE OPPORTUNITY
We seek a results-driven Internal Sales professional to drive revenue through proactive telesales whilst delivering exceptional customer service. This pivotal role combines consultative selling, customer relationship management and sales administration - targeting contribution to total company sales.

37.5 hours/week | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with some flexibility
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
Execute 75 targeted outbound calls daily to warm leads and existing customers
Drive sales conversions through consultative selling approach
Achieve annual sales contribution through proactive telesales
Upsell and cross-sell ENEOS premium product portfolio
Execute seasonal campaigns and promotional activities
Customer Excellence
Manage all inbound enquiries with 90-minute response SLA
Provide technical product guidance and recommendations
Build lasting customer relationships driving repeat business
Resolve queries professionally and efficiently
Operations & Administration
Process orders accurately through company systems with accuracy target
Generate and follow up sales quotations
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely fulfillment
Maintain pristine CRM records and data quality standards
Support Executive Leadership Team with sales documentation
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Essential Requirements
2+ years proven telesales/internal sales experience
Demonstrable track record achieving phone-based sales targets
Exceptional communication and telephone skills
Strong organisational capability in fast-paced environments
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
Results-driven with commercial acumen
Meticulous attention to detail
Desirable Attributes
Automotive aftermarket or lubricants industry experience
B2B sales and technical product knowledge
Order processing systems familiarity
Understanding of lubricant technology and fuel economy
KPI & CRM management experience
