We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a competent IT user, with excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of internal and external customer care. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clientele.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
Implement account strategies for new and existing customers to maximise sales
Establishing excellent customer relationships both internally and externally
Maintain technical competence with company system
Strong relationship and communication skills
Log customer information and call reporting in the CRM database
Negotiating and finalising purchase orders/contracts with customers
Manage and keep track of own orders and enquiries within system
Full training would be provided, and while sales experience is preferred it is not a pre-requisite. Please contact us if this position is of interest.
