Internal Sales/Marketing
Opportunity to join a rapidly growing business as a key member of the GSH Group.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly successful business and team, your primary focus will be selling to existing customers and also supporting the Field Sales Representatives to grow our business.
This will require a highly organised, motivated, forward-thinking individual with a can-do attitude, the role will include:
Making outbound sales calls
Social media Post - LinkedIn etc
Answering specific inbound customer enquiries.
Calling existing customers upselling products/cold- calling new customers.
Work closely with the external sales team to track, assign and qualify leads
The Person
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to provide top level customer service
Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Profession and friendly telephone manner
Motivated to find solutions for customer
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting B2B clients to achieve organisational growth objectives.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Manage and optimise utilisation of Salesforce CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively.
Educated to GCSE level (including Maths and English Language)
Previous experience in a customer service role
Be computer literate (SAGE, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
