Job Description

Are you naturally analytical, highly organised, and passionate about getting the details right?

Due to internal promotion, a rare opportunity has arisen to join our Audit team as a Stock Auditor, where you'll play a key role in protecting our business, improving stock accuracy, and ensuring excellence across 30 beautiful retail stores and our central stockroom.

This is a role that blends hands-on auditing with people engagement - you'll spend time both on-site in stores and collaborating closely with support teams to drive improvement.

Why Join Us

We're a Sunday Times Best Place to Work award winner with a reputation for excellence - in our products, our stores, and our people.

In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team that values accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.

We are committed to colleague development and progression - over 80% of our managers started with us in non managerial roles.

We have competitive, and industry leading, performance based salary and bonus packages, along with enhanced benefits packages for all colleagues.

What You'll Do

As a Stock Auditor, you'll help maintain absolute confidence in our stock systems and processes by:

Planning and conducting stock audits across stores, the stockroom, and the buying department. Analysing results, identifying discrepancies, and investigating stock variances. Ensuring stock control procedures are followed consistently, helping to minimise loss and risk. Supporting theft and fraud prevention by reviewing cash and stock handling practices. Providing clear, insightful reports to the senior management. Coaching and supporting store teams to strengthen compliance and elevate stock management standards.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Meticulous, with strong analytical and reporting skills. Confident communicating findings and influencing others to improve performance. Experienced in retail, auditing, or stock control (luxury or high-value retail experience an advantage). Self-motivated, flexible, and happy to travel regularly to stores nationwide. * If you enjoy solving problems, finding smarter ways to work, and ensuring high standards, you'll fit right in.
