Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers and new contacts effectively, explaining offers, answering questions and closing sales. A background in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services. Engage potential customers in conversation to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update our CRM database using our bespoke software. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions. Achieve daily call targets while ensuring high-quality customer service. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts. Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies.

Skills

Proven experience and success in B2B telemarketing and sales. Strong verbal communication skills in English. Strong familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively over the phone. Excellent listening skills with a focus on understanding customer needs. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management with the ability to multitask. Handling objections and persuading customers to see the value in your offering by building rapor. Hitting daily, weekly and monthly call numbers and sales targets.
