We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions.
Analyse customer responses to tailor conversations and improve sales techniques.
Follow up on leads generated.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is essential
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection are essential for success in this role.
Basic pay plus OTE earnings taking salary to
level one earnings of 29,000
level two earnings of 38,000
