Internal Wall Insulation Install Teams Wanted!
?Earnings: 40,000 - 50,000 per person, per year (750-1,000 per week)
?Location: Wales & South-West England
?Transport: Company Van Provided

Join Our Award-Winning Team at Consumer Energy Solutions (CES)
We're growing fast -- and we want you to be a part of it. CES is on a mission to make homes warmer, greener, and more energy-efficient by delivering free energy-saving solutions to eligible homeowners. Now, we're expanding and have space for 4 skilled install teams to join our renowned Insulation Division.
If you're an experienced team of 2 tradespeople (plastering, drylining, carpentry, or IWI), this is your chance to secure steady, well-paid work with a trusted and growing company.
What You'll Get:

• Weekly pay: 750-1,000 per person
• Annual earnings: 40,000-50,000 per team member
• Paid travel: Work away Monday to Friday - accommodation sorted and paid
• Company van: Provided for every team
• All materials delivered: Just show up and install
• Customers sourced for you: We manage all leads and bookings
• Paid training: 5-day induction at 100/day per installer
• Ongoing development: Upskill and grow with us (We've got our own fully kitted training ficilities)

What We Need from You:

• Experience in internal wall insulation, plastering, drylining or carpentry
• Ability to complete a full IWI install from start to finish
• Great timekeeping and the ability to manage workload efficiently
• A friendly and professional approach to customer service
• Willingness to work away from home during the week
• Must have a valid DBS or be willing to get one before the start date
