We are looking for two experienced

Administrators

to join our international team at our leading M&S site in Bradford. The team may be small but are an important part of the operation. You will be responsible for carrying out planning and co-ordinating international loads ready for dispatch. You will help ensure the timely dispatch of international containers and trailers, using multiple systems and working with several internal departments.

This is a full time, permanent position where you'll be working on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern, typically Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm.

You'll be paid a salary of up to

25,000 per annum

What you'll do on a typical day:

Advance coordination with the customer and excise team to ensure the compliant despatch of stock Support and/or manage bespoke VAS for individual accounts Scan pallets picked for dispatch, consolidate pallets and finalise loads, build containers/trailers Raise IFOS discrepancies to senior managers and manage drivers arriving onsite Daily operational checks and report generation, review of forecasts and create international documentation
