- THE ROLE -
The post holder will be a member of the Admission team and will be responsible for ensuring an effective and timely service in the recruitment and admission of international applicants to the University, whilst complying with UKVI and other relevant regulatory bodies, as well as liaising with external agencies as required.
Working closely across all relevant functional areas of the Birmingham campuses and may be expected to assist with other campuses during peak periods.
You will be required to liaise regularly with a range of colleagues including those in Student Engagement, academic and Registry teams across the University in order to ensure smooth implementation of the admissions processes. The post holder will also be required to disseminate information to senior managers and staff relating to applications and applicants
The role will focus on supporting applicants in their journey from recruitment to enrolment as part of the International Admissions team, providing on campus knowledge and support.
The role requires the post holder to be able to work independently and use initiative with the self-motivation to meet deadlines.
The post may require travel between different delivery locations and other University sites depending on operational needs.
