Location: United States, Canada & Australia (Travel required) Position Type: Self-Employed / Independent Contractor Travel & Accommodation: All flights and accommodation fully covered Leads/Appointments: Pre-booked, qualified appointments provided On-Target Earnings (OTE): 100,000+ / $125,000+ AUD/USD equivalent (Uncapped Commission)

Duties

Identify and target potential clients through research and networking. Present advertising options and strategies to clients, demonstrating how our services can meet their needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign performance using CRM software. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or advertising is preferred but not essential; a strong desire to succeed in sales is crucial. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently. A proactive drive to achieve sales targets and contribute positively to the team environment. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Familiarity with IT tools and platforms relevant to advertising sales is advantageous. A background in customer service will be beneficial in understanding client needs.
