Job Description

Key Responsibilities





Identify, research, and develop new international markets and business opportunities Deliver growth through robust market-entry and business development strategies Negotiate and secure high-value international partnerships Build and manage strategic relationships with employers, training providers, colleges, HE institutions, and labour agencies Drive cross-selling across the full NOCN Group portfolio Manage key accounts and produce detailed reports on contracts, opportunities, competitors, and market conditions Ensure compliance with international labour mobility and visa entry requirements Represent NOCN at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Work closely with marketing to deliver effective international campaigns



About You





You will be a confident relationship-builder with a proven track record of selling education, skills, or qualification-based services internationally. You are commercially astute, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in complex regulatory environments.


Essential experience and skills include:

Proven success selling international education or skills-based services Strong experience in account management and business development Knowledge of Construction, Engineering, and/or Renewable Energy sectors Experience working across international markets and cultures Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach * Willingness to travel extensively overseas
