Quest is entering its next phase of international growth -- new regions, new retail partners & new product categories. To support this, we're looking for experienced International Sales professionals who can help drive our global expansion.
Key to this role is proven experience in

FMCG/beauty retail or distribution

, exceptional business development experience within International markets, strong commercial instincts and pace with the ability to build relationships across multiple markets. You will be comfortable and thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

As Business Development Manager, the primary objective is to achieve Sales Targets by developing our business with existing partners and identifying and delivering new profitable business opportunities.

Responsibilities



Achieve and exceed Turnover Targets Overseeing and implementing Sales Strategy in region Develop business with existing partners by increasing turnover year on year, exploring new product opportunities alongside new category opportunities, identifying gaps and increasing sales of ongoing ranges Deliver New Business in all territories in the region by developing a pipeline of opportunities to improve product and brand distribution and increasing overall Turnover in the region On boarding new business partners including brand and product set up through to order management and replenishment, ensuring all legal documents are completing including NDA, New Account Forms and Contracts where relevant Directing marketing efforts to support Distributor and Retailer activity to increase sales, coordinating with internal departments Evaluate and analyse sales to support in identifying opportunities or challenges Forecasting to support Buying Strategy and resource requirements Share market information and research, collecting customer feedback and communicating to relevant departments in the Business Develop in-depth knowledge of all brands and product offerings to identify profitable business opportunities Provide feedback on product/category opportunities and ways to improve business processes to achieve increased turnover As the lead representative of the Business locally, build and maintain excellent relationships with Business Partners and ensure clear communication to the relevant departments internally to ensure processes run smoothly and all opportunities are delivered on time and profitably Build and maintain excellent relationships internally within key areas of the business Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, from

FMCG/beauty retail or distribution is essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels. Strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams alike. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets. Strong knowledge of local market, buying priorities and consumer purchasing trends in FMCG/Beauty or distribution industry
