The International Premium Products & Benefits team, within the ICS COE, is responsible for delivering and enabling transformational growth opportunities through expertise and solutions for our customers, our markets and our partners. We do this by delivering best-in-class premium products, capabilities, customer experiences and partnerships to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.



How will you make an impact in this role?





Reporting to the Director of International Loyalty, this Manager will collaborate with ICS market teams, Enterprise Platforms, Enterprise Digital Experience, Digital & Analytics, and other Loyalty enterprise-wide functions to coordinate, enhance and deliver new rewards capabilities and seamless redemption and loyalty journeys. They will have influence across all channels for both consumer and GCS business across our 20+ International proprietary markets. This role will also define and coordinate the annual Loyalty tech investment strategy across these markets to meet our in-year and future goals & ambitions.



The primary goals for the person in this role include:


Deliver new and expand existing low-cost redemption options across International Markets. Improve NPS and Active Redeemers through platform modernization, by unlocking the app channel and enhancing MR platforms Drive sustainable rewards economics Become the SME of the existing international rewards capabilities Define and align strategy to deliver on rewards ambitions by coordinating annual tech submissions/investment strategy

Minimum qualifications




Experience acting as PMO for large-scale implementation projects with Tech, Marketing and Operational linkages Strong technical acumen, able to understand complex capabilities and work closely with tech teams to deliver against a common goal Experience working on or with digital channel product teams, ideally with an understanding of Amex's digital loyalty experiences and the teams that drive them. Ability to bring order and structure to complex multi-part rollouts Ability to build strong working relationships with all band levels and to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-cultural team environment Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and work environment - demonstrates flexibility and openness to changing circumstance Strong analytical and business management skills and ability to leverage data to drive business decisions Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills, with a strong sense of personal excellence and accountability Global/International experience and mind-set Excellent written and verbal communication skills
