?????Are you ready to take your marketing expertise to an international level? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to be a key support within the International department, driving success with our third-party retail partners across the Nordics. If you can picture yourself implementing our latest product launches and managing marketing plans, we want to hear from you.
Reporting into our International Marketing Manager, you will have a great balance of autonomy and collaboration, as you engage directly with the marketing teams of our retail partners. You'll be in sync with our dedicated Key Account Managers, who will guide you on the activation plans you'll deliver.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role supporting in-store and/or online accounts.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Nordic languages is desirable

Ensure brand consistency by aligning all retailer touchpoints with the most up-to-date assets, accurate copy, and current brand guidelines.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, measuring results against agreed KPIs and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
Collaborate with International Retailers
Operating the marketing agenda across international accounts, including developing creative briefs, supplying branded assets, and coordinating product dispatch for sampling initiatives.
Plan and coordinate SKU selections for inclusion in multi-brand beauty boxes, such as advent calendars (aligned with Supply).
Optimise Product Display Pages (PDPs) & Brand Pages by ensuring correct imagery, compelling product descriptions, and enhanced content to drive conversion and support SEO.
Plan and execute GWP campaigns, including scheduling, sending out items, and overseeing the GWP budget.
Brief and manage digital artwork creation for retailer-specific assets, including site banners, homepage placements, and ad-hoc campaign materials.
Complete SKU templates and new line forms for retail partners ahead of product launches, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordinate and provide localised copy for product launches, retail assets, and marketing materials.
Coordinate events and activations across retail stores and at customer headquarters.
Coordinate and ship product samples to all brand advocates/representatives across the Nordics.
Align and adapt planograms & VM with global directives and sales analytics.
Content Hub Ownership
Own and manage the Content Hub for Nordic Third-Party Internet (3PI) accounts, ensuring all assets are uploaded, up-to-date, and shared efficiently with relevant partners.
Act as the go-to point of contact for campaign assets for social & VM, responding to market queries, directing teams to the right resources, and proactively sharing available UGC and brand content for international markets to use and localise.
