As an International Marketing Manager, you join the growing Global Marketing team at Axon focused on selling life-saving solutions to the public safety and security agencies across the globe. What You\'ll Do

Location: Amsterdam or London
Reports to: Senior Director of Growth & Global Marketing
Direct Reports: 0

  • Execute Growth Marketing Plans
  • Act as a market expert, drawing from research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights
  • Execute on the marketing strategy for UK and Northern Europe
  • Understand disparate country concerns and cater marketing tactics to suit different stages o f market penetration per county
  • Develop awareness, leads, and pipeline to grow adoption of a portfolio of products in your markets
  • Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns & Events
  • Work collaboratively with the events and digital teams to plan, manage and help execute events (in person, hybrid and webinars)
  • Develop short and long-tail marketing campaigns centered around case-studies, video content, sales enablement material, digital campaigns, and PR/comms strategies
  • Create and implement new ideas on how to better reach our audiences and key personas using various channels and content mediums
  • Execute consistent and meaningful customer experiences/events with the ultimate goal of driving new and continued business
  • Track ROI, engagement, and audience feedback to measure results, assess opportunities for improvement, and optimize marketing campaigns and events
  • Sales Enablement
  • Think strategically about Axon\'s go-to-market motion and market landscape in order to enable on the best ways to position products and services, and against competition
  • Develop account strategies in partnership with sales team that allow cross-sell and upsell of products
  • Develop field-facing enablement assets
  • Create sales playbook content aligned to priority selling scenarios
  • Measure Key Results
  • Measure and report on how marketing tactics are driving to KPIs including pipeline created and influenced, and closed bookings
  • Leverage data to understand what marketing activities are effective and when to pivot to new strategies when required
  • Demonstrate the ROI effectiveness for all of your marketing programs and devise plans to continuously optimize
  • Track results in consumable reports that can be shared with key stakeholders to demonstrate benchmarks and ongoing performance
  • Manage Relationships
  • Collaborate with our agency partners by coordinating media, co-marketing, and customer reference opportunities
  • Manage internal relationships to create cohesive product launch plans, adapt content to your markets, and work as a key partner to the sales team
What You Bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience managing events
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics and content management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to speak and write English fluently
  • Experience working with customers in the UK or Europe
