JOB DESCRIPTION: International Marketing Manager

Reports to:

Marketing in US HQ Office, Dallas, TX

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.

Working Environment:

Office (50%)/Field (50%)
Ideal Candidate will live in the UK, with proximity to the London Showroom and ability to travel to events and other work locations

Objective:

The role of the International Marketing Manager is to drive traffic and brand awareness to all local markets working in conjunction with showrooms, international public relations agencies, and trade shows. This role requires a diverse skill set that includes client-facing networking, business management skills, creative thinking, and logistical problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:To act as an ambassador for the business, and promote Perennials and Sutherland services and product offerings Serve as the liaison between international exhibitions and trade show organizations Oversee planning and logistics for exhibition spaces Liaise with international PR agencies in regards to media requests (e.g. quote requests, image requests, interview scheduling) Assist with marketing deadlines in regards to annual shows (e.g. Monaco Yacht Show, Paris Deco Off, Stoff Fruhling) Work in tandem with Trade Director, Europe, Victoria Paris to assess new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with industry related businesses within our markets to drive local brand awareness Promote and establish Perennials and Sutherland name in new markets through promotional strategies such as coordinating Pop Up locations in emerging cities Research, suggest and manage specific events pertaining to each particular market, coordinating with UK, Munich, and Milan showrooms Supervise event set up, including hiring of caterer, rental company, entertainment, and related vendors Supervise and track annual event budgets per region Supervise and track annual international print publication advertising schedules and budgets Ensure that all marketing materials used in the field are in line with our brand identity Track and analyze the performance of all showroom events Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Identify effectiveness and impact of regional marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly Present ideas to sales teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets needed to support Assist with the execution of social media campaigns for UK, Munich, and Milan showrooms Research and present regional influencers for social media partnership consideration Outreach to approved influencers and manage potential partnerships
