AXA UK is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Mobility Coordinator to join our team. You'll work part time, the number of hours per week can be negotiable.
You'll be responsible for coordinating international mobility activities that support the broader strategic objectives of both AXA UK and AXA Group. You'll play a key part in managing the end-to-end process for international assignments and repatriations, ensuring seamless transition and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth mobility experiences for our employees, supporting the organisation's global talent strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills and a passion for international HR practices. You'll work closely with business leaders and HR teams to provide expert advice and guidance throughout the planning and implementation of international assignments. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are proactive in managing multiple priorities, and are committed to delivering excellent service, we invite you to apply and make a meaningful impact on AXA's global mobility initiatives.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
