Purpose of Role
The main purpose of this fixed term role is to support with aligning the pillars of ISP Student Strategy to ensure that we are delivering initiatives and toolkits in a streamlined and easily digestible way to our schools and to lead on the creation, delivery and evolution of a reward and recognition programme which meets the needs of all ISP schools.

ISP International Opportunities Project Manager Key Responsibilities
Be the main administrator and point of contact for schools and regions for selected plug and play programs.
Ensure that the programmes are expertly planned for, from communication, promotion, implementation, data capture, reporting and evaluation following team project management guidelines
Build a community of champions to help support and run these programmes within regions and schools ensuring that they have support materials required to be successful.
Work with the ILOS Central team and the Safety and Safeguarding Team to ensure that the ISP's Health and Safety and Child Protection policies are implemented
Gather, analyse, and use evidence and feedback from participants to continuously refine and improve programmes
Work closely with relevant partner organisations to ensure a mutually beneficial working relationship with clear lines of communication and well-organised initiatives and accountability.
Work with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure there is a first-class suite of marketing materials for schools to use to promote the programmes to students, parents and staff and that we can celebrate success regularly.
Maintenance of database for the team.
Support with strategic projects with wider ISP Futures and Learning & Innovation teams
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Work with and organise external suppliers as needed
A proactive team player with a problem solving mindset
Project management experience
Experience in educational programme or students exchange design and administration
Experience in working in and international environment
Degree and teaching qualification (preferable)
Fluent English speaker (Spanish or other languages would be considered favourably)
Able to work independently to plan and deliver change
Ability to work with others both as a lead and in a team
IT literate
Good organisational skills
Ability to communicate with different stakeholders and build relationships
Ability to solve complex problems and offer a variety of solutions
