JOB DESCRIPTION



Join our International Private Bank Core Operations Team as a Fees Associate! Enhance fee processes, support global teams, and drive efficiency.


As a Fees Associate in the International Private Bank Core Operations Team, you will be responsible for setting up new fee schedules, billing, re-pricing, and managing account closures and waivers. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring compliance with fee policies and supporting the Front-Office with their queries. Your role will involve collaborating with Operations and Technology, questioning existing processes, and finding more efficient solutions.


Job responsibilities



Sets up new fee schedules and manage billing processes Re-prices existing fee schedules and handles account closures and waivers Runs control reports and maintains fee documents Produces Management Information Systems and trend analysis Answers Front-Office queries across EMEA and Asia promptly and accurately Participates in testing efforts during projects Ensures daily tasks are completed and relevant controls are applied Conducts performance reviews and guides team members in their career goals

Relevant working experience Strong analytical skills, methodical approach, and attention to detail Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Control and risk mindset Strong client focus and ability to drive positive energy within the team Ownership of issues and proactive problem-solving approach Excellent time management and prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills



Experience in fee management or related financial operations Knowledge of risk factors impacting specific products and industries
