International Programme Marketing Coordinator



Salary 32,218 per annum for 36.25 hours per week

The Marketing Coordinator provides marketing support for the Downing College International Programmes and, in liaison with the Communications team, manages the content of the Programme website.

The role is central to the creation and distribution of content through all marketing channels including the Programme websites, Programme pages, collateral and social media channels.

The ideal candidate will:
Be educated to degree level or beyond, ideally with a graphic design and/or marketing-related qualification, or equivalent work experience. Have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar marketing services role, ideally within the Education sector. Have exceptional organisation skills. Have experience of using Airtable, Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite, Typeform, Zapier. Have experience of working in an online marketing role. Have knowledge and experience of using website content management systems (CMS). Have experience of working with CRM databases. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The post of Marketing Coordinator is a permanent, full-time role. Applications are invited from suitably experienced candidates.

The hours of work are 36.25 hours per week with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break. The annual salary is 32,218 per annum for 36.25 hours per week (Step 40 on the College Salary Scale).
